These Terms & Conditions apply to the Budget Goal mobile application ("Application"), developed by Samie Syed ("Service Provider") as an ad-supported service.
Use of the Application
You may use the Application only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Application except as permitted by law, attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Application except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
No warranty
The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The Service Provider does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Application.
Financial decisions
The Application is a budgeting and planning tool. It is not a financial advisor. The information provided by the Application is for informational purposes only. You should not rely solely on the Application for financial decisions. The Service Provider is not responsible for any financial outcomes resulting from your use of the Application.
Third party services
The Application uses third-party services (such as advertising networks) which have their own Terms and Conditions. You are subject to those third-party terms in addition to these Terms.
Termination
The Service Provider may terminate these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Application ceases immediately. You may terminate at any time by uninstalling the Application.
Changes to these terms
The Service Provider may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Continued use of the Application after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions.
Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
